An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Access Coordinator to join the Centralised Outpatient Access Team at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

The Patient Access co-ordinator will be the first point of contact for patients and service users providing an in depth knowledge of scheduling procedures for their speciality. They will liaise closely with the clinical team and speciality management teams to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate appointments according to their care pathway. Depending on the requirements of the speciality, the post holder will rotate within the team, scheduling functions and telephone cover.

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. The ability to prioritise their own workload as well as good knowledge of waiting list management will also be required.

This post is full-time 37.5 hours per week, working as part of a team. You will work to a rota: the earliest shift will begin at 8am and the latest shift will end at 6pm.
