We have an excellent opportunity for a fixed term, full-time Medical Secretary/PA within our Gastroenterology Department to cover for 12 months maternity leave. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team to provide a comprehensive and flexible secretarial service and administrative support to the Hepatology Team.
You must have good attention to detail together with the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines. Duties will include dealing with telephone enquiries, letters, email, diaries, organising meetings, chasing deadlines, collation of information/results for reports and typing of clinics.
You should have previous secretarial experience as well as being flexible and able to work as part of a team. In return we will provide a comprehensive induction with a view to developing knowledge and skills where appropriate.
