North Bristol NHS Trust is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Business and Programme Manager to join the Sustainable Health & Capital Planning team. The post holder joins at an influential time and can really make a mark within the team to help shape our future.
The ideal candidate will apply drive and energy to deliver key elements of the Trust’s estate strategy including utilisation of and business and commercial development of the estate. A successful track record in programme and project management of complex capital and revenue schemes is essential. The role also encompasses development of the business processes and systems within the Sustainable Health and Capital Planning team and holds line management responsibility for the Sustainable Development and Arts Programme teams. The postholder will also be responsible for establishing and implementing robust programme management processes throughout our services.
You will ideally be from a business development or programme management background, with a proven record in system redesign, programme and project delivery. You will report to the Head of Sustainable Health & Capital Planning.Interviews will be held on the 26th October
