We have an exciting opportunity for a committed, self-motivated and forward thinking Pharmacist to join our well established team of 10 Rotational Band 7 Pharmacists. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to promote medicines optimisation within a variety of six monthly rotations, comprising of; • Medicine • Surgery • Pharmaco-economics and CCG • Homecare • Management of IVIg • Neurosciences and Intensive Care • Admissions • HIV • Renal/ Admissions and Patient Flow
