Director of Nursing Job - Nursing Home - Cork - Excellent Opportunity
€70,000 - €85,000 depending on experience

Open to hearing from different levels of experience and everyone with the relevant experience will be considered.

This is a newly advertised role and may suit an Assistant Director looking for their next career progression. The home is medium in size and provides respite, long stay and dementia care.

Minimum Requirements

• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person
• Post registration management qualification in health or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management capacity
• Proven track record in healthcare clinical management
• Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
• Sound decision making ability and results driven
• Good appreciation of finance issues
• Ability to lead a team and motivate at Staff and Macro Levels
• Being Flexible and having a willingness to help the Company and others
