Clarity Locums is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a Irish owned pharmacy group in Dublin 15.
What you need to know:
This is a permanent position, which will commence ASAP, but the pharmacy will wait for the right candidate. You will work an average of 38 hours per week, including 2/4 weekends. You will work alongside an excellent support team to help you cater to a steady flow of community based customers and passing trade.
This position would see you join a people-centric team, treating each customer with professional advice and care, catering to the specific and unique needs of each individual. We're looking for driven individuals to work within this environment, capable of growing our dispensary business.
We are looking for pharmacists that share our core values to join our award-winning teams nationwide. We offer a structured induction period at the beginning of employment and we meet and maintain regular store visits to ensure full support throughout your career with us. We provide funded training opportunities to our pharmacist team in clinical skills, leadership, business management and beyond.
We recognise the ever-changing face of community pharmacy in Ireland and have responded proactively e.g. We have an APP for prescription ordering and payment, our recent addition of a Fertility Expert pharmacist and our StartRight new medicines service which claimed the Innovation Award at the 2018 IPN pharmacy awards. These are just some of the clinical and supportive services that our pharmacist team can offer to their patients.
We value our team members. Our pharmacists typically work a flexible 40-hour week and receive their rota in advance to plan time off from work. We ensure annual leave is adequately staffed with our relief pharmacist team, and we roster centrally so that our team members don’t have the extra burden of arranging locum cover. We encourage networking opportunities through our various dispensary meetings, staff forum and social groups.
We reimburse PSI fees annually for all pharmacists. Our ambitious teams receive quarterly bonuses as well as generous staff discounts in-store. We also operate a ‘refer-a-friend’ bonus scheme as well as participating in tax-saver travel schemes and PRSA pension arrangements. We reward our employees with additional long-service days as well as recognising other special occasions e.g. getting married!
New to Irish Pharmacy?
For pharmacists whose previous experiences have been outside of Ireland we offer comprehensive supervised training in all aspects of Irish community pharmacy. For pharmacists who are relocating for work we offer financial relocation assistance packages. Our support team are here to assist with queries regarding professional registration, revenue and accommodation.
If you're a people person and have ambitions to join a progressive company, we'd love to hear from you today.
Please note that our supervised training for candidates new to the Irish system is the best across all the groups as we offer up to one month fully paid and fully supervised training with another pharmacist.
We also have financial relocation packages and can assist with VISA requirements, and lots of other day – day things like PPS number, revenue queries, bank accounts etc.
