CT Radiographer 60/40 Rotation , Band 6

St Bartholomew’s Hospital

The Imaging Directorate at Barts Health is looking to recruit a talented radiographer to join the CT Team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital which is in the heart of the City of London- St. Paul’s.

Come and join our friendly and supportive team of Radiographers, where continuous professional development is encouraged. You will be exposed to a wealth of knowledge and experience guided by our expert clinical leads. In addition you will have the opportunity to use your initiative and to augment to your skills and experience

We offer a full range of local and specialist services, which includes centres for the treatment of cancer, heart conditions, fertility problems, endocrinology and sexual health conditions. The hospital includes the site of the new state-of-the-art Barts Heart Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Europe’s largest specialised cardiovascular centre.

The post is rotational through the radiology department at St Bartholomew’s Hospital.60% of the rotation is in CT with the remaining 40% shared between General X-Ray and on call commitments.

The service is currently delivered 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There will also be a commitment to the on-call service in imaging, where you would be expected to cover CT and x-ray. Extra ad hoc evening and weekend lists are offered in CT, and participation in covering these would also be expected.
