Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) on behalf of a respected charity organisation supporting individuals affected by homelessness, addiction, and complex health needs across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care
- Promote best practice clinical standards and person-centred care
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Coordinate care plans and multidisciplinary team communication
- Participate in service development, quality improvement, and safeguarding processes
- Support service users with complex health, addiction, and social care needs
Requirements:
- Active NMBI Registration as a General Nurse
- Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience
- At least 2 years experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience working within community services, homelessness, addiction, or complex care desirable
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
