TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 on behalf of a disabilities service based in Longford.This is a full-time permanent post working 39 hours per week at a respite service. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.Salary in accordance to the October 2023 HSE pay scales €52712 to €62077 per annum.The CNM1 will have 10 people reporting into them.Essential RequirementsQualification<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).</li></ul>
Or <ul>
<li>Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses &amp; Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or be entitled to be so registered</li></ul>
AND<ul>
<li>Appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.</li><li>Hold NMBI / CORU Registration</li></ul>
Experience &amp; Additional Requirements<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Full, clean driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role</li></ul>
