The Person in Charge will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with the organisation's ethos and values, in a safe, respectful, empathetic, and person-centred manner that promotes inclusion in community life. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring HIQA standards and regulations standards are adhered to.Essential RequirementsQualification<ul><li> Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).</li></ul>Or<ul><li>Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses &amp; Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or be entitled to be so registered</li></ul>AND<ul><li>Appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.</li><li>Hold NMBI / CORU Registration</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.</li><li>Full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of role is essential.</li></ul>
