We work in partnership with both public and private hospitals, as well as in semi-acute facilities, paediatric homecare, residential services, and practice nursing. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a facility in Dublin.Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Uphold care center policies and best clinical practices, while identifying and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.</li><li>Review and manage care plans for residents with clinical issues such as pressure ulcers, falls, or other health concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and action.</li><li>Oversee medication management, including supervising staff, conducting medication audits, and coordinating with GPs and pharmacies for reviews.</li><li>Provide guidance and supervision to Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, participating in training and development to maintain high standards of care.</li><li>Conduct regular audits on clinical practices, hygiene standards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.</li><li>Previous management experience or training is beneficial.</li><li>Registered with the NMBI live register.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Sound decision-making ability.</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others and work independently.</li><li>Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Results-oriented.</li></ul>
