On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a facility in Dublin.Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Uphold care center policies and best clinical practices, while identifying and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.</li><li>Review and manage care plans for residents with clinical issues such as pressure ulcers, falls, or other health concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and action.</li><li>Oversee medication management, including supervising staff, conducting medication audits, and coordinating with GPs and pharmacies for reviews.</li><li>Provide guidance and supervision to Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, participating in training and development to maintain high standards of care.</li><li>Conduct regular audits on clinical practices, hygiene standards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.</li><li>Previous management experience or training is beneficial.</li><li>Registered with the NMBI live register.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Sound decision-making ability.</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others and work independently.</li><li>Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Results-oriented.</li></ul>

Clinical Nurse Manager North Dublin Location: North Dublin Job Type: Full Time PermanentOrange Recruitment are recruiting for a CNM 2 for a leading private hospital based in North Dublin.Purpose of Job: To reflect professional/clinical leadership and management that promotes efficiency, innovation, teamwork and continuous quality improvements.Key Responsibilities: But not limited too<ul><li>To be responsible for the rostering of staff in order to achieve an adequate and equitable skill mix. Allocate staff mix (in conjunction with Clinical Facilitator and CNM 1), efficiently &amp; effectively according to analysis of clinical needs and available resources.</li><li>To be responsible for all Day Ward lists pertaining to the Day Ward schedule and ensuring that all slots are utilised and staffed appropriately.
