Lead, mentor, and support&nbsp;Staff Nurses&nbsp;and&nbsp;Care Assistants, promoting professional development and a&nbsp;resident-centered approach.

<li>
Conduct&nbsp;clinical, environmental, and&nbsp;medication audits, implementing action plans to elevate and sustain&nbsp;quality standards.

<li>
