CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Social Care Leader to join a service supporting Separated Children Seeking International Protection (SCIP) in Piltown, Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people by providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of Social Care Workers in the delivery of care.</li><li>Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.</li><li>Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.</li><li>Support staff development and training to ensure high standards of care.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social care or children’s residential setting.</li><li>Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).</li><li>Eligible to register with CORU.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.</li><li>Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.</li></ul>Salary:€42,432 – €46,176 per year, depending on experience.How to Apply / Contact:If you are an experienced social care professional looking to take on a leadership role, please submit your CV and cover letter to CPL Healthcare.
