Social Care Worker - Tusla (Permanent Role)

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Care Manager for one of our clients based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. You'll manage a team and collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to develop comprehensive care plans, monitor progress, and facilitate communication among all parties involved. They are responsible for mentoring and supporting team members, facilitating communication between staff and management, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
