What you'll do: <ul><li>Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care &amp; independent living skills </li><li>Assist with community integration: accompany to appointments, social/recreational activities, family visits </li><li>Support with daily tasks (e.g., cooking, laundry, cleaning), while promoting dignity and self-agency </li><li>Work as part of a team to plan, record, review and monitor care plans and individual outcomes </li><li>Uphold and comply with HIQA regulations &amp; standards, best practice, safety, and safeguarding standards </li><li>Work is a in a residential centre with maximum of 4 residents </li></ul>Who we're looking for: <ul><li>Qualified Social Care Worker: minimum QQI Level 7 in Health Care / Social Care (or equivalent).
