We are committed to providing high quality care for the people of Bradford, Airedale and Craven. Are You?
As a provider of care for people of all ages who have mental and/or community health needs we are dedicated to providing a high quality service, close to where people live and as much as possible tailored to an individual's needs.
We are looking for an experienced senior leader, with passion and vision, to take on a new senior management role which will help shape the future of specialist mental health services within Bradford and Craven District. This is an exciting time to join Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust as we look to deliver an ambitious Strategic plan based on a set of values and principles designed to meet the ambitions of the people we care for and the communities within which they live, within the context of a sophisticated health and social care system.
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is regarded as a leader in mental health initiatives that have been recognised as best practice nationally and we are proud our community services have received CQC ratings of Good. We are playing an active role in the newly established West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership and are committed to driving sustainable change to improve our services and the care we deliver.
We pride ourselves on some outstanding services which have received national recognition, but we can do more!..... we want our mental health services to provide system leadership in developing a 'Place' Based offer for people of all ages and from all backgrounds in the context of a local system that is leading the way in developing an offer that draws together a range of providers and public sector workers working alongside a strong and dynamic voluntary care sector.
This post will play a vital role in delivering our detailed and innovative plan supported by the implementation of a Trust-wide Quality Improvement System.
Managing the Care Group's performance as part of a leadership triumvirate alongside the medical/senior clinician and Care Group Head of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and prioritising the delivery of a range of specialist mental health services.
You will have significant experience of working as a Senior Operational leader in an equally diverse and complex organisation. You will also have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing significant service redesign and change in complex settings.
