An exciting opportunity has arisen within the staff development team for an apprenticeship coordinator. This work is an exciting and emerging field in the development of new and existing staff within UCLH. The post-holder has the opportunity to enhance career development opportunities within the Trust, and use their expertise, interest and passion for supporting colleague’s career development within the NHS.
This role will report to the Apprenticeship Lead to support the delivery of apprenticeships within the Trust. This will include providing mentoring support to learners, managing the administration for apprenticeship programs and coordinate the planning, delivery and reporting of apprenticeships within the Trust. In addition the role will support the delivery of the Trust’s work experience strategy.
We are looking for applicants who are motivated, experienced in coordinating learning events, have exposure to Ofsted inspections and are qualified to assess learners on apprenticeship programs. They must also have excellent ICT and communication skills in addition to a passion to develop others.
