Change your career and start changing lives
Home Support Worker, RehabCare- Dublin & North Wicklow
Permanent, minimum xx hours weekly
Have you lost your job, or are you receiving the COVID-19 pandemic payment, due to restrictions in your industry? Did you work in hospitality, tourism or the entertainment industry and you are worried about your future earning potential?
Then we want you to join our RehabCare team and help us to protect some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
At RehabCare, the health and social care division of the Rehab Group, we deliver quality, client-focused services to people with disabilities. We need people like you, to retrain and upskill and become part of our care family.
Home support workers are always needed, particularly in times of crisis. We can offer you a secure income and exceptional benefits, such as; paid maternity/paternity leave, access to the company’s income protection scheme, as well as flexible shifts. We will provide you with all of the training you’ll need to become an invaluable member of our team.
You do not need to be qualified in nursing, or healthcare. You will receive a full induction and training plan. You will initially engage with clients through shadow shifts with fellow home support workers, so you will be confident in your own abilities, before you begin working with your own clients.
We need people like you. People who want to upskill and work within an industry that is always in demand. We need kind, caring and compassionate people, who want to help support our clients to live happy and independent lives, within their own communities. We also ask that you have a full, clean driver’s licence and your own transport and that’s it. We will provide the rest.
You will provide a home support service to older persons and to adults and children with disabilities.
Our multi-disciplinary team approach to client services enables our clients to live with respect and dignity, within their own homes and communities.
