Responsibilities of this Care Assistant job:

Assist in delivering high standard of care to all residents
Carry out tasks assigned by the Care Manager
Respect the privacy and dignity of all residents and promote their independence
Act as the named Healthcare Assistant for specific residents as allocated by the Care Manager

The ideal applicant will have for this Healthcare Assistant job will have:

FETAC level 5 in Care of the Elderly
All successful applicants will be Garda vetted
Good knowledge of HIQA standards
Fluent level of English both written and oral
Hep B vaccinations received
Elder Abuse training (this can be provided)
