<h4>Location:&nbsp;Citywest (Hybrid after successful completion of probation period)&nbsp; </h4> BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly organised and compassionateClient Services Coordinatorto join our growing team. This is a key support role within our operations team, focused on delivering outstanding service to our clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of care in the community. This position is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare administration who is looking to develop a long-term career in a values-led organisation. You will play a central role in ensuring continuity of care for our clients by managing rosters, supporting recruitment and providing administrative and operational support across the office. Key Responsibilities Service Coordination &amp; Rostering <ul><li>Manage and maintain monthly and daily rosters using Alayacare. </li><li>Ensure agreed fill rates and KPIs are achieved, responding efficiently to call-outs and schedule changes. </li><li>Accurately document all client and stakeholder communications (clients, families, GPs, HSE, etc.) to ensure continuity of care. </li><li>Build strong working relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. </li></ul> Business &amp; Office Support <ul><li>Answer and triage incoming calls to office staff. </li><li>Attend internal meetings and company events and take minutes where required. </li><li>Support the wider team with administrative and office-based duties. </li></ul> Business Development Support <ul><li>Follow up on new service enquiries and business leads. </li><li>Provide insight on staffing challenges, local market trends and service demand. </li><li>Assist with strategic planning and service expansion discussions. </li></ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> Essential Requirements <ul><li>Proven organisational, time management and communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>High attention to detail and excellent record keeping. </li><li>Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. </li><li>Fluent English communication, both written and verbal. </li></ul> Desirable <ul><li>Previous experience in home care, rostering or healthcare administration. </li><li>Experience using ATS or CRM systems (Zoho Recruit / Alayacare or similar). </li><li>Degree in business or related field. </li></ul> <h4>Benefits</h4><ul><li>Competitive salary package&nbsp; </li><li>Hybrid working model following successful completion of probation </li><li>23 days annual leave </li><li>Sick py scheme&nbsp; </li><li>Pension scheme and maternity leave benefit*&nbsp; </li><li>Ongoing learning and development support&nbsp; </li><li>​Career progression opportunities&nbsp; </li></ul>
