Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced nurse managers for the role of Bed Manager. This newly established role is with a private Dublin based nursing home group, where the successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Client Relationship Manager to oversee all scheduling, admissions and bed management within the homes.You will hold responsibility for co-ordinating and guiding the implementation of the homes admission and discharge policies in consultation and collaboration with the care coordination team and senior management.
