Homecare Manager Opportunities

Due to ongoing expansion of services, a family-run private homecare provider dedicated to delivering excellence in care for older people and individuals with disabilities has an exciting opportunity.

As Home Care Manager, the successful candidates will work closely with senior management and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a homecare region, ensuring the provision of high quality, compassionate and personalised care to clients in their own homes. This will include supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, maintaining regulatory compliance, co-ordinating client care plans and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the service. Current vacancies in North Tipperary and Wexford (opportunity for hybrid working) and the midlands (fully remote).

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

• Ideally, bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social care/work, or related field.
• Ideally the candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written for the purposes of people management and Tender/SLA submissions.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent analysis and decision making skills.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a busy dynamic environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Full drivers license and access to own transport.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
