Clarity are currently recruiting for a paediatric community nurse based in Castleknock Dublin West

Hours: Part-time (Monday To Friday) 10.30 - 2.30pm - 20hrs per week

Responsibilities include

Catheter to be flushed on a daily basis

Manage enteral feeding and medication

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide excellent evidence-based nursing care, implementing all aspects of care plans based on the needs identified.

Prioritise the needs and comfort of the client.

Promote abilities, independence, and safeguard the client’s interests at all times

Work closely in partnership with family members and the clinical team

Communicate effectively with the client, family, clinical team, and MDT, reporting on the client’s clinical needs as required.

Maintain accurate and professional clinical note

The ideal candidate will have:

RGN/RCN/RNID qualified

NMBI registered

Must have a full drivers license and car

Previous experience in home care is an advantage
