Health Care Assistant (HCA)/Social Care Support Worker
Location: Kildare, Ireland

What You'll Do
- Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care & independent living skills
- Deliver person-centred care, tailored to individual needs, building independence, self-care, and community integration
- Collaborate with individuals to set and achieve personal goals
- Support with daily living tasks while promoting dignity, autonomy, and choice
- Maintain accurate records, contribute to support plans and engage in reflective practice
- Participate in training, supervision, and team activities to continuously improve service quality
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health Care, Social Care, or equivalent (or strong relevant experience) Those who are enrolled in a QQI Level 5 course, and progressing are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, planning, report-writing & basic IT skills
- Commitment to best practice standards, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding of individuals' rights
- Reliability, empathy, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Garda vetting clearance required; full driving licence desirable but not essential
- Right to work in Ireland
