The Role;

• Maintain patient/resident confidentiality at all times.
• Assist patients with all activities of daily living.
• Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate Healthcare programs for patients according to professional standards.
• Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards, utilizing a personalized approach.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients, staff, and family members to provide the best possible care.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams and work collaboratively as part of the team.
• Keep accurate records of assessments, interventions, and communications related to patients.

• FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare.
• All 8 modules must be included.

• Dedicated weekly payroll.
• Point of Scale applicable to HSE Client.
