Job Description
HVAC Electrical Engineer - Dublin
A leading distributor of air-to-water heat pump systems in Dublin, specialising in the supply, installation, and servicing of high-efficiency renewable heating solutions. As they continue to grow, are looking for a talented Electrical / HEVAC / Refrigeration Engineer to join their Team.
Whether you come from an electrical, refrigeration, or renewables background, you'll receive full training on our proprietary systems. You'll play a key role in helping homes and businesses transition to cleaner, more efficient energy systems.
Role Overview
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of our air-to-water heat pump systems. You'll become a specialist in our systems and technologies through hands-on training and mentoring, allowing you to confidently take ownership of projects and support customers across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain air-to-water heat pump systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and system issues.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide technical support and system guidance.
Train end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of their systems.
Set up and manage a customer/engineering advice helpline.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent OR practical experience in electrical, HEVAC, or refrigeration trades.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, with experience in fault-finding and diagnostics.
Experience with air-to-water heat pumps is preferred - but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Full clean driver's license

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent OR practical experience in electrical, HEVAC, or refrigeration trades.
