Job Description

Practise Care Supervisor Dundalk !!!

Office Based Role Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm !!

Our Client is recruiting a Practice/Care Supervisor to join their Care Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nurse or Social Care Worker who is seeking a predictable schedule and better work-life balance.

Unlike traditional nursing roles with 12-hour shifts, days, nights, this position offers Monday-Friday, 9-5 hours with no night shifts. You will need to be flexible to work out-side these hours from time to time to support carers and clients.

You will still be making a real difference, supporting carers and ensuring quality community care across the North East Region.

The Practice/Care Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing care delivery, supporting field staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will report to the CNM2 Care Manager and receive full induction training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support carers delivering community care throughout the Northeast
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with care plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and families.
  • Participate in the on-call phone roster.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Company vechicle or mileage rates
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided
  • Employee Assistance Programme and staff discount platform
  • 20 days annual leave per year
  • Comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RNID, RPN) or qualified Social Care Worker.
  • Experience in community care (homecare or similar) is an advantage.
  • Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
