Registered General Nurse

Excel Recruitment are recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) on behalf of a community service in Dublin South West.

We have immediate full-time vacancies for RGNs to join the community nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality care across both clinic and domiciliary settings.

Location: Dublin South West (CHN 3, CHN 8 & CHN 9)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Contract: 6-12 months, immediate start

• Duties of the Registered General Nurse include:
• Delivering care in clinic and community settings
• Carrying out wound care, injections, palliative care and health assessment
• Supporting patients and families with ongoing care needs
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with best practice

Registered General Nurse must:

• Be a Registered General Nurse with NMBI registration
• Have relevant nursing experience (community experience desirable)
• Have access to own transport and a full driving licence
• Be flexible, compassionate, and patient-focused
