What you'll bring:

NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse

At least 2 years' management experience and 3 years in a nursing home within the past 6 years

QQI Level 6 in Management or Leadership

Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care (desirable)

A genuine passion for leading teams, supporting development, and delivering the highest standards of resident care

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing care delivery, ensuring it's tailored to each resident's needs

Driving high clinical standards through assessments, care plans, and audits

Supporting and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

Acting as a trusted point of contact for residents and families, ensuring a person-centred approach

Collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing and wider multidisciplinary team
