Clarity are currently recruiting for a CNM2 - Surgical for a premier private hospital based in Dublin

The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager II encompasses responsibility for the provision of the highest standard of nursing care to patients in Sacred Heart Ward. He/she will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination and the effective and efficient management of resources by leading, managing and developing the nursing and healthcare assistant team to ensure excellence in patient care.

Person Specification

Be a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland

Minimum of 2 years’ experience at CMN1 level.

Have a minimum of 2 years in a medical ward working in a multi-professional environment.

IT Skills is desirable
