Clinical nurse Manager - Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Care Unit

Due to expansion, TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a team at an Acquired Brain injury and Complex Care unit at a state-of-the-art residential facility based in South Galway.

This is a full time permanent post working 8 hour days over a 7 day roster, weekends are 1 in every 3 or 4.

Rate of pay: €22 to €27 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with active NMBI

* Ideally QQI Level 6 in Leadership and Management

* Minimum of 5 years Nursing Experience

* Experience as a senior nurse minimum 2 years

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* In-depth understanding of dementia cares best practices, policies, and regulations. Experience in staff management, training, and development.
