HealthCare Assistant Opportunities Across Ireland!
In partnership with our client, CPL HealthCare is now looking to recruit HealthCare Assistants in North Dublin, South Dublin, Cork, Kildare, Meath and Waterford area.

- Work schedule: Day Shifts & Night Shifts - flexibility required
General Responsibilities:
- Provide care to residents ensuring their independence is promoted and that residents’ dignity is maintained at all times. This will involve following your clients care plan - assistance with personal care and mobility.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with residents and their families.
- Adhering to confidentiality policy at all times.
- Ensuring resident safety at all times.
- Deliver high quality care and assistance to our residents – personal care, toileting, moving & transferring.
- Communicate any changes or concerns in relation to resident needs/care.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control regulations.
- Assisting in maintaining a physical environment that is safe, peaceful, and comfortable for all residents and employees alike.
Qualifications and Skills
- Healthcare/social care related qualification OR relative experience in a similar environment.
- Availability to work varied shift patterns days, nights & weekends, across Monday to Sunday is essential.
- Practical experience in a caring capacity desired.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional, caring and empathetic nature.
- Be comfortable working in a sometimes, challenging environment.
- Experience in elderly care is desirable
- Newly graduated HealthCare Assistants are also welcomed to apply
