Grade: - Band 5 - £38,744 - £44,918 BAR £46,152 - £49,970 per annum. Additional Agenda for Change Bonus.

The States of Guernsey is seeking a Team Leader (Band 5) for Adult Disability within the Community Living Service Area. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, relocation package, and an 8-year Long Term Employment Permit for off-Island candidates. Applicants must undergo pre-employment checks and may need to meet additional criteria. 

Key Selection Criteria:
1. Registered Health or Social Care Professional.
2. VQ assessor.
3. To understand and promote the “20/20 vision”.
4. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities using a person centred
approach.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Empathetic and caring nature.
7. Basic computer skills – including Word, Excel and Outlook.
8. Experience of working as part of multidisciplinary team.
9. Valid driving licence.
