Clarity are currently recruiting for a Health Care Assistant based on the Aran Islands in

Galway. This exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful community with accommodation and

travel expenses covered.

? The working week is up to 3 consecutive days per week. 24 to 48 hours per week

? Travel and accommodation is provided.

? The hours are 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications:

? QQI Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar - all modules are mandatory

? Eligible to work in Ireland

? Min. 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland

Requirements for agency care staff:

? Positive attitude

? Recent experience in working in healthcare environment

? Ability to take initiative

? Excellent communication skills

? Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of

practice at all times

? Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date

documentation

? Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident’s/patient care.

? Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development

including presenting up-to-date compliance documents

? Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
