We're currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to cover a maternity leave contract in Dublin . This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, strategic leader to foster a culture of excellence, inspire a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of care.

What We're Looking For:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration

At least 3 years of experience in management in a nursing home

Postgraduate qualification in healthcare or management

Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills

Deep knowledge of HIQA regulations and compliance standards

Full eligibility to work in Ireland
