Assistant Director of Nursing

In partnership with our client, Excel Healthcare are currently recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing for a leading provider of residential care under for an established nursing home in North Dublin

The Assistant Director of Nursing will work alongside the Director of Nursing to provide strategic leadership and management of a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, manage and develop a large team while monitoring the safety and quality of care and all clinical services relating to residents. This role would suit a candidate who is already an Assistant Director of Nursing at another facility or a highly experienced CNM. ABI experience is required for this role

Responsibilities of this Assistant Director of Nursing job include:

• Ensuring implementation and adherence to company and HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Overseeing all resident care and the home's clinical practice
• Financial, administrative, and budgetary management
• Recruitment, training, and development of all staff

What you need to be considered for this Assistant Director of Nursing job:

• NMBI registration
• ABI experience
• Natural Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
• Management experience in a similar facility at ADON
