Clinical Manager (Oncology Services)

Cpl Healthcare is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Clinical Manager (Oncology Services) for their Bermuda based client. The successful applicant will be joining Bermuda's healthcare service which serves a population of approximately 65,000 people as well as the many visitors to the country. With over 2000 staff, you will be part of a MDT based throughout their General Hospital, Wellness Institute and Urgent Care Centre.

As Oncology Services, Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership to staff, including provision of direct patient care, coordination of multi-disciplinary meetings, data collection and report writing. The post holder will direct all staff in their daily duties as well as liaise with other healthcare professionals and organizations.

Qualifications &/ Registration required:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Master’s Candidate (MSN), preferred
• Current registration as required by the Bermuda Nursing Council - support will be provided with this step.
• Post graduate certification in a specialty (Oncology nursing) would be an asset
• Minimum Five years management experience (either in a supervisory or functional area)
• Minimum of 2 years in Oncology/ Chemotherapy experience
• Diploma in Supervisory Management or other Management certification will be an asset
• Current ACLS, CPR registration and I.V. Therapy Certification
