We are now inviting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person in Charge at a Residential Care Home located in Portlaoise.

In this leadership role, the successful candidate will oversee a dedicated staff team and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support to separated children seeking international protection.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ proven management experience in a similar setting
• Strong background in leading and supervising teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with young people in care
• Solid experience in delivering care within a community setting
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
