Regional Director

Advent Solutions is seeking a driven Regional Director to oversee the operations of multiple nursing homes across Dublin and Greater Dublin. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management and governance of all homes in your region.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including risk management.

Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and service delivery.

Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to develop and execute quality improvement plans.

Support the execution of strategic and operational plans, aligning with overall business goals.

Achieve all financial and operational KPIs across your area.

Lead, motivate, and support Directors of Nursing and their teams.

Manage all HR aspects including recruitment, retention, and staff development.

Requirements

Be registered as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and have a minimum of 10 years post-registration experience (3 years within the previous 6 of which must be within the care of older people)

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior management role (Director of Nursing or above) within the Nursing home sector.

Education: Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or leadership.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Health Act 2007 and HIQA standards for designated centres.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead regional teams and deliver on strategic objectives.

Financial Acumen: Proven experience in financial and business planning.

Driving Licence: Full clean licence required.
