CLINICAL NURSING SUPERVISOR – INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES

Location: Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute, Bermuda

Salary: $96,517.00

The Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute (MWI) in Bermuda is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to support and help lead our Intellectual Disabilities services.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational, clinical, and administrative functions across our Intellectual Disabilities Directorate. This includes coordinating patient care delivery, developing policies and procedures, managing team performance, and helping to shape service development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise and support in service development initiatives

• Serve as acting Clinical Manager when required

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Support departmental budget and labor cost management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and competency training requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), Registered Mental Health (RMN), or related Allied Health field

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a supervisory or leadership role

• Current registration with the Bermuda Nurses Council, Allied Health Council, or relevant professional body
