Staff Grade Pharmacist/Senior Hospital Pharmacist

We are supporting a well-established hospital in Ireland with the recruitment of experienced Senior and Staff Grade Pharmacists for upcoming vacancies. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing and reviewing prescriptions in accordance with current legislation and best practice
• Providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals and patients on medication use
• Supporting medication reconciliation and ward-based clinical services
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and contributing to the education of junior staff
• Actively participating in audits, quality initiatives, and service development

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Sound understanding of hospital pharmacy operations and clinical protocols
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for immediate or short-notice start is desirable
