The Role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll lead our community nursing team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across Connacht

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support nurses delivering in-home care

Ensure compliance with HIQA and clinical best practice

Develop and oversee tailored care plans

Maintain strong team communication and support

Drive quality and continuous improvement

Respond to changing service demands with flexibility

Requirements

Registered Children’s Nurse or RGN

5+ years’ paediatric or complex care experience (Irish setting)

At least 1–2 years’ management experience

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Confident working independently & managing clinical audits

Passion for quality care in the community
