Job Description

Chemotherapy Nurse – Belfast (Regional Travel Required)

Salary: £38,480 – £42,640 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Join a compassionate and committed team as a Chemotherapy Nurse, delivering high-quality, holistic care in the comfort and privacy of patients' homes.

About the Role

You will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as outlined in each patient's care plan—providing care that is not only clinically excellent but also empathetic and personalised.

As a visible and trusted professional, you’ll build long-term relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare stakeholders, helping to support treatment and recovery in a home-based setting. You will maintain professional standards, complete all clinical documentation accurately, and report any adverse drug events via the appropriate protocols. Ongoing development and compliance with all clinical policies and business procedures will be expected and supported.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Registered General Nurse (NMC registered)
  • Qualified and experienced in administering cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs
  • Proficient in cannulation and clinical assessments
  • Committed to delivering patient-focused, home-based care
Additional Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for regional travel)
