What You Will Do:

* Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering an environment of respect and collaboration.
* Manage food supplies meticulously, balancing quality with efficient inventory control.
* Uphold the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety, adhering to all sanitation
regulations.
* Work closely with our healthcare team to tailor meals to specific dietary requirements,
ensuring every resident enjoys safe and satisfying dining experiences.
* Continually adapt and innovate our meal offerings, staying abreast of trends in senior
care nutrition and dietary needs.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven culinary expertise, ideally in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
* A comprehensive understanding of dietary restrictions and specialized diets such as
diabetic, low-sodium, or pureed options.
* Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
* A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our elderly residents.
* Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
