Job Description
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer
TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider to recruit a Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer -a unique opportunity for a visionary and values-driven leader to shape and guide the strategic direction of quality, clinical governance, and patient safety across a dynamic, mission-led organisation.
This is a pivotal executive leadership role, offering the chance to influence care delivery across five acute hospitals and a care village, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement a unified, organisation-wide strategy for quality and patient safety.
* Ensure alignment with national and international standards, including HIQA and JCI.
* Provide strategic oversight in the implementation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and compassionate care across multidisciplinary teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
* Relevant healthcare degree or equivalent.
* Ongoing professional development at a senior level.
* MSc in Quality or Healthcare (desirable).
Experience:
* Significant leadership experience within a healthcare environment.
* Proven success in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering strategic change.
* Track record of achieving results in a complex healthcare setting.
* Experience with clinical governance and patient safety frameworks.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to lead with clarity and foster a shared vision.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and driving cultural change.
* Comfortable navigating organisational dynamics with sensitivity and strategic insight.
* Proficient in IT systems that support quality improvement and data reporting.
