Regional Director of Services

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced healthcare professionals for the role of Regional Director West/Midwest for a leading provider of integrated care services for children, young people and adults in services ranging from fostering, to residential and disability care. Area responsibility will extend from Galway, to Limerick and Kerry.

The role will be multi-faceted including a focus on continuous quality improvement initiatives, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, developing and implementing strategies for creating high-performing teams, optimising operational efficiencies and driving innovation.

To be considered for the role the following criteria apply:

• QQI Level 8 in Social Care or Relevant with Management Qualification, which meet CORU registration.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience at senior management level in Social Care.
• Previous experience in establishing new services, drafting and implementing new policies and procedures
• Demonstrable passion for delivering high level quality service to individuals our client supports.
• Experience managing large volumes of staff teams.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
