Location: DUBLIN Job Type: PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week)

Salary: €70,277 - €81,063

Role Overview: We are currently recruiting on behalf of an organisation for a Social Worker Team Leader to join the MDT Adult Services in Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to lead and develop social work services for individuals with disabilities, within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Requirements:

Professional qualification as a NQSW or equivalent

Minimum of three years post-qualification experience, with demonstrable expertise in services for people with disabilities

Registration with the Social Workers Professional Register (CORU) and an active CPD portfolio

Valid permit to work in the Republic of Ireland

Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle

Proven ability to maintain high standards in the delivery of quality social work services

Strong organisational, leadership, and supervisory skills

Experience providing effective therapeutic interventions

Capacity to identify and implement service improvements through innovation and initiative

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients and their families

Ability to motivate and support team members, fostering professional development and driving change management initiatives

Certification in 'Safeguarding Adults at Risk of Abuse - E-learning module' and relevant safeguarding experience
