On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Regional Director to join a facility located in Leinster. The successful candidate will join a caring and committed team that provides the highest quality care.

Essential Requirements:

* 5 years in a management position, preferably in healthcare

* Provide high standards of care in the facility and follow and implement HIQA guidelines

Fluent English is essential

* Manage staff efficiently

* Work closely with your colleagues in HR in recruiting staff

* Manage the roster for the staff and implement and encourage staff training

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
