About the role: 

This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to support the nursing staff in providing care to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents

Requirements:

•      A strong background in elderly or residential care, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care.

•      Must be fully flexible with regard to day and night shifts.

•      Familiarity with safe medication handling, administration, and documentation.

•      Strong understanding of infection control, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines within care environments.

•      Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting a positive and efficient team environment.

•      Ability to develop, implement, and review care plans, ensuring that individual care needs are met.
